Making it Easy:
Some Stability analysis is complex but TBDP©/VBDP© presents a full range of reporting information that makes the results, assessments and recommendations easy to understand.

For each of the Stability measures, the software does ALL the work behind the scenes, and gives both DETAILS and also gives the 'GOOD/NO GOOD' summary of all considerations. 

These unique presentation formats are displayed for:

•Longitudinal Dynamic Stability Analysis (LongStab Index)

•Lateral Stability Analysis (LatStab Index)

•Porpoising Analysis (xPorpoise Index)

In the TBDP©/VBDP© Stability analysis, we examine the absolute values of these indicators, rate-of-change (derivative) of the indicators, local trending and global trending of the indicator - all toward identifying the real-world status of lateral dynamic stability.

Here's How we Do It...
To make a quick and easy evaluation of stability results, TBDP©/VBDP© makes it easy by giving simplified 'ASSESSMENT' message in the Performance Analysis Report AND displaying a 'Traffic Light' signal on the Performance Graph display. Of course, more details are also presented in the Performance Analysis Report, outlining the full analysis information for the Results:

1) Detailed Results REPORT - LONG description Results (with recommendations) or SHORT explanation of results are presented in the 'Performance Results Wizard' Report (you can choose either LONG/SHORT version of reporting).

2) Results ASSSESSMENT - a brief statement of stability status is provided (eg: 'Moderate Instability is indicated')

3) Traffic Light Assessment - Performance Graphs for the Stability analysis features, are shown with INDEX measures through the full velocity range, and a visual 'Traffic Light' indicator is also displayed based on the stability assessment:
