Just start with a hull type (template), to get most of the hull style features, then fine tune using the 'wizard'.
We've included several 'standard' hull templates that you can use to get started, if desired. These templates make for an easy starting point, by defining just a few descriptive inputs for your hull design, and then the QuickDesign Wizard completes adjusted inputs for all inputs required for full performance analysis. (You don't have to use any of these, but it's an easy place to 'kick-start' your design configuration).

The “Quick Design Wizard“ makes it easy to define the general features of your hull design by using one of these complete standard designs and modifying a few of the key influencing parameters.
By providing only a few overall descriptions of your design, the Wizard will define ALL of the design dimensions and inputs for you. The 'generalized' dimensional and setup design arrangements for your selected hull type will be automatically applied to all the design input fields, making 'typical' adjustments based on your definition.

OR input your own design from scratch - of course, you can change and optimize each one of the many input dimensions and setup parameters on the 5 input screens, to optimize the design, setup and performance analysis of your boat.
