Problems with your on-line transaction?

The secure credit card processing has excellent security checks to ensure protection of our information. Sometimes their measures can be a 'pain', but it's all for our own good!

Here are some suggestions if your transaction doesn't seem to go through...

1) your name & address details must be same as on your credit card (if not the same, the transaction may not be accepted by the secure credit card processor).

2 ) know where your AVS (CVV) number is (3 or 4 digits on back of card). For example: 'verified by Visa' - This site supports Verified by Visa - an extra security layer for shopping online. If your financial institution supports Verified by Visa, you may be asked to verify your identity at checkout. this may be a password that you have previously selected at your bank, or during a previous on-line credit card purchase. this only has to be done once.
